Tell us about it
Call, send a few photos on WhatsApp, or fill in the form on the contact page. Rough measurements help but aren't needed.

We visit and price it
We come round, measure up and talk it through. You get a written price that says what's included and what isn't.

We do the work
We agree a start date, keep the site tidy while we're there and clear everything away when we finish.
Questions people ask
Can you give me a price over the phone?
For small jobs, a few photos and measurements are often enough for a rough figure. For anything bigger we'll want to see it before we put a price in writing.
What does the written price include?
The work, the materials and clearing up afterwards, listed so you can see what you're paying for. Anything not included, such as skip hire or another trade, is listed too.
What if you find a problem once you've started?
Older houses can hide things behind walls and under floors. If we find something that changes the price, we stop and talk it through with you before doing anything extra.
Do I need planning permission?
It depends on the job. There's more on this on our extensions page, and we'll tell you what we think at the first visit.
