When you contact us

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we use your name, phone number, address and the details of your job only to give you a price and carry out the work. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

The form on the contact page doesn't store anything. It opens your own email app, and the message is sent from your email account to ours.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as we need them for the work, any guarantee, and our tax and accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@verformacarpentry.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
