Planning and building regs
Many single storey rear extensions come under permitted development, but not all, and building regulations approval is needed either way. Bring your drawings if you have them. If you don't, we'll talk you through who you'll need.
Living there while we work
Most people stay at home during an extension. Before we start we'll go through access, dust and which rooms will be out of use, and when.
